Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains the documented ways Cardstock Print collects and manages information through its newsletter signup and contact email. It describes configured site features, not an audit of the live hosting environment, cookies or third-party services.

Email signup information

When an email signup form is presented, its invitation reads: “Leave your email for future Cardstock Print updates.” The form asks for an email address and explicit agreement to the statement: “I agree to receive email updates from Cardstock Print.”

A completed signup stores the email address, a duplicate-check hash, signup time, the source page path without its query string or page fragment, the accepted consent wording and the collection status in the site’s WordPress database.

This feature collects signups for possible future updates. Email delivery, confirmation and unsubscribe functions require separate configuration. Cardstock Print does not promise a sending schedule or represent that an active mailing service is currently operating.

Anti-spam records

The signup feature creates temporary rate-limiting records to reduce automated or repeated submissions. These records use hashed network identifiers and are subject to periodic cleanup. Separate hosting systems may maintain their own technical logs; their practices have not been documented for this policy.

Contact messages

If you email contact@cardstockprint.com, the message contains the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message text and any attachments you send. Avoid including information that is not needed to answer your question or process your request.

Record access and retention

Authorized administrators can view, export and remove newsletter signup records. These records also integrate with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Newsletter records remain in the site database until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.

Your choices

To request access to or removal of a newsletter signup record, email contact@cardstockprint.com and identify the email address used for the signup. Providing the relevant address helps administrators locate the correct record.

Links to other websites

Cardstock Print may link to websites operated by other parties. Those sites maintain their own privacy information and practices. Review the relevant site’s policy before submitting personal information there.
